Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, Post Graduate degree or Technical Certificate.
• Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering).
• Graduate degree nice to have.
• 5-7 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes on Engineering strategy related to tool introduction and automation across Application, Platform and Infrastructure.
• Leads the creation of end-to-end solution designs and coordinates stakeholders to support development initiatives.
• Develops detailed solution designs and acts as an application SME through design and development lifecycle.
• Reviews technical deliverables to ensure quality and identify gaps or redesigns as needed.
• Collaborates with technology partners to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
• Mentors and guides team members, supporting continuous improvement and automation within engineering.
