Job Overview

Agility Technologies Inc is seeking an Application Developer to support the Dept of Defense (DoD). Information Technology (IT) services support DoD’s global contracting mission to the warfighters through the full spectrum of military operations. This office provides critical mission support services designed to enable the workforce with applicable secure technology solutions that will reduce and ultimately eliminate manual business processing and generate resource cost savings and efficiencies for the DoD enterprise.

Responsibilities

1. Document supporting policies, processes, and procedures within your areas of responsibilities;
2. Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex;
3. Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL, and Linux for data conversion and migration;
4. Adhere to policies, processes, and procedures within your areas of responsibility;
5. Perform requirements analysis, development, design, testing, and deployment of custom Oracle applications;
6. Maintain documentation on all work products;
7. Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements;
8. Create dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher, or Oracle Reports.

Required Qualifications

1. Secret security clearance
2. 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Oracle Application Express Development Version 5.0 or higher, Cobol, and/or SQL
3. Current IAT Level II (Security+ CE)

Preferred Qualifications

1. 2-5 years of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL experience
2. 2 years of experience with Native/Hybrid Mobile application development (Desired)
3. 1-year experience with web development using HTML5, CSS, XSLT, and JavaScript (Desired)
4. 2 years of experience with FOP report using Oracle Apex (Desired)
5. 5 years of strong working experience with Oracle 12c database
6. 3 years of JavaScript experience including JQuery
7. 2 years of test automation skills
8. Agile Development experience (Desired)
9. Experience with XML, CAML, REST, C#, Bootstrap, Excel Services, JAVA, CSS, JavaScript, Linux, RedHat, and HTML
10. Java Webstart experience
