Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to maintain, improve, and expand our web applications and data pipelines. You will craft scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while weighing when to refactor or reuse existing code.

In collaboration with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders, you will help develop technical roadmaps using Agile practices, mentor junior engineers through thoughtful reviews, and promote observability and frequent, value-driven releases.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years building full-stack web applications in cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years with SQL or equivalent on large multi-table datasets.
• 3+ years as a trusted technical decision-maker delivering business value.
• 3+ years coaching and mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to roadmap technically using Agile.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers including thorough PR reviews and feedback.
