Precisely is seeking a highly experienced product leader to translate product strategy into a coherent set of features for one or more scrum teams. You will take on roles including feature lead, developer, product designer, QA, and project manager, presenting a future product vision to business and technology stakeholders with the Product Manager.

You will execute the product vision, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in business or technical field.
• 8+ years of industry experience in the areas of data engineering and product management.
• Expertise in Java for backend development.
• Expertise with databases, particularly Mongo Atlas, and developing/consuming REST APIs.
• Exposure to cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and microservices architecture is a must.
• Basic understanding of agile and scrum methodologies is a must.
• Experience of AWS/Azure/GCP, Redis, Datadog, Codefresh.
• Working knowledge of data ETL will be preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.

Responsabilités

• Execute the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and define products to serve those needs.
• Help execute the value proposition and business case.
• Provide team leadership through cross functional coordination.
• Lead architecture for components in the investment segment with broad expertise.
• Design systems in the investment segment.
• Support Product Manager in planning and performance.
• Engage with customers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Turn stakeholder requirements into actionable backlog items.
• Write detailed epics and stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the backlog before each sprint.
• Coordinate with architects on tech decisions and automation opportunities.
• Propose effort distribution for releases.
• Participate in technical and sales enablement.
