Verisk’s XactRestore team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to provide technical leadership in a collaborative product team, bridging product management, UX, and engineering. You will lead substantial engineering work, guide technical decisions, strengthen development practices, and share accountability for product outcomes with teammates.

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer II to provide technical leadership within a collaborative XactRestore product team. Our teams bring together product management, UX, and engineering- including QA to understand customer problems, discover effective solutions, and deliver measurable results.

You’ll lead substantial engineering work, guide technical decisions, and strengthen development practices while sharing accountability for product outcomes with your teammates. You’ll also collaborate with engineering leaders across the Restore division to improve our technical direction and how we build software.

You’ll help build reliable capabilities that support customers' operational needs, including the complexity of enterprise organizations adopting XactRestore across their teams.
