Qualifications

• 7+ years software development experience or 11 years in lieu of degree.
• Expert in developing applications with modern tech stack.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and methodologies.
• Experience delivering in Agile/CI/CD environments.
• Strong OO design and programming techniques.
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration.
• Effective communication with stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Proven track record of leading application development projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform all stages of the software development life cycle and lead projects.
• Assess operating requirements, costs, and resources with a PM.
• Co-lead architecture and database design to meet business goals.
• Contribute to architecture planning for scalable solutions.
• Develop high‑level narratives, storyboards, and UI prototypes.
• Create detailed design specifications for hardware and software.
• Lead test plans and ensure QA standards are met.
• Deliver detailed project estimates and timelines.
• Code to CDW standards and mentor junior team members.
• Direct and coordinate technical project team efforts.
• Monitor progress and report status to management.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements.
