As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for simplifying and streamlining services within the Identity organization. You will make technical and architectural decisions, influence the team’s roadmap, and collaborate across Product, Project Management, and Engineering.
You will be part of an inclusive, dynamic engineering organization grounded in agile practices, CI/CD, and collaboration, committed to quality and continuous learning. The Identity Engineering team delivers Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities across Disney properties, building high-traffic, globally replicated systems integral to user experiences.

The salary range varies by location, e.g., Seattle, WA and New York, NY: $142,516 - $191,180; Santa Monica: $136,038 - $182,490; San Francisco: $148,994 - $199,870. Compensation includes base pay, bonuses, incentives, and benefits, adjusted for location and experience.
