Product Engineering is responsible for engineering Disney Entertainment & ESPN digital and streaming platforms, including product engineering, media engineering, quality assurance, personalization, commerce, lifecycle, and identity.
Job Summary:
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive efforts to simplify and streamline services in the Identity organization. You will make technical and architectural decisions, influence the roadmap, and collaborate across teams including Product, Program Management, and Engineering.
You will be part of an inclusive, dynamic engineering organization grounded in agile practices, CI/CD, and collaboration, committed to quality and continuous learning.
Identity Engineering delivers Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities across TWDC, including D+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Parks. Our squads build high-traffic, globally replicated systems integral to user journeys at Disney.
The Identity Platform Consolidation squad ensures APIs are stable, performant, and secure, meeting broad business needs through collaboration and innovative solutions.
