Please note this is a hybrid role based in New York City, with in-office expectations 2-3 days a week at 60 Madison Avenue.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for our Customer Experience team to work on analytics products that demonstrate our services' value. You will help refine and build product features within a cross-functional team, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of collaboration and quality.

What you'll be doing:
  • Design and expand our full stack application (Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, React) to provide customer data insights
  • Build and improve data pipelines with DBT and SQL, collaborating with data scientists
  • Create UI components contributing to our design system
  • Maintain a robust, scalable codebase supporting business growth
  • Identify areas for application growth and advocate for them on the engineering roadmap
  • Conduct research and experiments for strategic decision-making
Success in this role looks like:
  • Delivering features that increase active users, utilization, and satisfaction
  • Writing high-quality, tested code within timelines
  • Conducting thoughtful code reviews and enforcing best practices
  • Supporting organizational growth initiatives
  • Setting personal growth goals aligned with career development
What we expect from you:
  • 5+ years of full stack web application development experience
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience working in agile teams and eagerness to learn
  • Enjoy collaboration and pair programming
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring engineers
  • Ability to work fast and handle ambiguity in a startup environment
  • Bonus: experience with Ruby on Rails, React & Redux, Docker & AWS, GraphQL API design

The target base salary range is $159,100 - $194,150, with a comprehensive rewards package including stock options and benefits. Compensation varies based on experience, location, and other factors. We review pay annually using the Radford Global Compensation Database.
