Job Description
This is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Remote work is not available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and complete a 10-panel drug screen and pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile teams to design and implement scalable full-stack solutions.
• Write well-structured code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Recommend performance improvements and alternative solutions.
• Contribute to design decisions for system optimizations.
• Work with product owners, QA, and directors to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications
