Elekta invites engineers to design, develop and maintain software for radiotherapy systems. You will work across UI, backend and system software using C#, .NET, WPF and C++, while supporting containerised and microservices environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers and stakeholders, Agile planning, and delivering reliable, scalable, and compliant software through automated testing and CI/CD.
