Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience with C# and .NET technologies.
• Strong front‑end development experience with React.
• Proven experience leading technical projects or owning application delivery from requirements through deployment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with minimal oversight.
• Experience with Git source control and collaborative development processes.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise software applications.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of software solutions from business requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Lead implementation efforts for complex business initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive architecture and implementation decisions while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery speed.
• Validate AI‑generated code for security, maintainability, and performance.
• Build automated testing strategies across multiple applications.
• Support production applications and resolve technical issues.
