Job summary

USAMCO is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and maintain critical healthcare applications and data pipelines. You will integrate Creatio, Databricks, and legacy IBM i systems while migrating toward a cloud-native platform. This is a senior/lead role with mentoring responsibilities and a strong emphasis on quality and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development with leadership experience.
• Strong experience with Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications, services, and APIs for members, providers, and claims.
• Build and stabilize integrations between Creatio, Databricks, and legacy systems.
• Mentor a team of ~30 technologists and contribute to engineering standards.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, observability, and documentation.
