Zusammenfassung

Repisodic, a Trella Health solution, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale data-driven healthcare solutions. Hybrid role with 1 day/week in our Philadelphia office; reports to Manager, Software Engineering.

You will own significant pieces of architecture, set technical direction, and raise engineering quality across the team. This hands-on role requires excellent coding and leadership to elevate people and systems.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software development with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication; cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of JSON, SQL, and GIT.
• DevOps practices with CI/CD, testing, monitoring, logging.
• Desire to learn and grow; healthcare app experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design complex, scalable systems; review code; maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
• Resolve challenging issues; optimize performance and reliability; lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Build cloud-native solutions; support CI/CD, automation, containerization; collaborate on infrastructure provisioning and monitoring.
• Apply security best practices; mitigate risks; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Drive engineering excellence by defining best practices in testing, documentation, and observability.
• Mentor engineers; share expertise; foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning culture.
• Architect and implement efficient API integration patterns to build backend services, collaborate with front-end engineers to define API contracts, and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams in design, product, and other business units.
• Take ownership in product features that drive Trella’s mission.
• Improve the team through the process and/or technical contributions.
• Be results-driven: deliver value to customers; be customer-centric.
