CVS Health is seeking an experienced data engineering professional to design and implement digital solutions for Payer Operations, focusing on metadata, lifecycle contracts, and performance metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows and improve automation.

The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, and cloud/on-prem data warehousing experience, with a drive to innovate using AI/ML and robust governance practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with dimensional data modeling and data warehousing.
• Programming in SQL, Python or similar for cloud/on-prem data warehousing.
• Experience troubleshooting data issues and performance tuning.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end integration patterns linking cloud-native SaaS, Epic EMR, and Enterprise Data Platform.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and code reviews for reliability and scalability of the integration layer.
• Act as technical consultant to Product and Business leads; refine requirements and design patterns.
