Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Engineer to deliver web apps, interactive dashboards, and backend integrations within an agile environment. You will build modern user interfaces, connect backend systems with complex data objects, and embed AI capabilities across our application ecosystem.

The role focuses on creating data visualizations, resilient APIs, and scalable features to optimize Payer Operations, leveraging DevOps practices and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
• 3+ years with modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and data visualization libraries (D3.js/Chart.js/Recharts).
• 3+ years of backend development (Node.js/Python/Java/C#) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and ORMs.
• DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) into software features.
• Familiarity with healthcare data, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
