Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Engineer to deliver high-quality web applications, interactive dashboards, and backend integration services within a fast-paced Agile environment. You will collaborate with engineering, data, product, and DevOps teams to build modern user interfaces, integrate systems with complex data, and embed AI features across our application ecosystem.

The role focuses on creating intuitive data visualizations, resilient APIs, and scalable features across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts).
• 3+ years of experience with backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, ORMs, and complex data objects.
• DevOps practices: CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLMs) into software features.
• Troubleshooting full stack applications, databases, and integrations.
• YAML configurations and automation scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
• Troubleshooting file transfer, connectivity, security, and automation across cloud/hybrid environments.
• Willingness to pursue continuous delivery practices and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
