Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years in software development with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and SDLC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Git.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain TSSC tools and applications.
• Lead code reviews and ensure best practices.
• Design complex software systems and architectures.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams.
