Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the TDI Engineering Platforms and Practice group in the United States. You will help define, build, and enforce software delivery standards, collaborating with an established team to create tooling that enables hundreds of application teams to automate and control software releases to production.

Qualifications

Experience writing well-tested backend code in TypeScript or JavaScript for Node.js.
Experience with modern software development practices, such as TDD, trunk-based development, iterative delivery and small, frequent releases.
Proven ability to build software with a product mindset, breaking down vague requirements into deliverables that fit the wider product strategy.

Responsibilities

Design and build reusable GitHub workflows for adoption by application teams.
Develop control automation in partnership with Control Owners.
Instrument the product to understand how teams use it and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Measure the effectiveness of our solutions through data analysis and user feedback, and refine them continuously.
Engage directly with application teams to gather requirements and understand the range of practices they use to build software.
Support application teams in adopting our tooling by directly answering user queries.
Produce clear, user-focused documentation that enables teams to self-serve.
