Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks a highly experienced software engineer to join a multi-disciplinary R&D team. You will design, implement, test, and deploy advanced geolocation and digital communications software in a national security context.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of Golang, C++, Python, and modern API development, with a focus on scalable, maintainable enterprise systems. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and be a US citizen.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelors, Masters or PhD).
• 15+ years in software engineering or related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, develop, test, deploy, and operate software systems.
• Build APIs for internal and external products.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers; provide technical direction.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and vendors.
