Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proven programming skills with Java and Python.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL datastores (MySQL, Postgres, Redis, ElasticSearch, Snowflake).
• Experience designing and building microservices and RESTful services.
• Experience building, deploying, and managing infrastructures in public clouds (Azure / AWS).
• Ownership of the full SDLC in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-starter who learns quickly and adapts to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions across multiple services and teams.
• Design and build monitoring and alerting for anomalies.
• Design highly available services that scale horizontally.
• Participating in design, coding, code review, unit/integration/end-to-end testing, refactoring, bug fixing, and documentation.
• Working in multi-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
• Help build fast prototyping of ideas and concepts.
• Experiment with upcoming technologies in a fast-paced environment.
