Qualifications

• 3+ years of job-related experience required.
• Experience in Ai-driven applications (Agentforce, Copilot Studio).
• Experience in Python, SQL, NLP AI/ML (machine learning pipelines and model evaluation techniques), GenAI (LLMs, building RAGs).

Responsibilities

• Codes solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, interfaces, and solution enablers while preserving architecture integrity.
• Mentors other engineers and coaches team on CI/CD practices and automating tool stack.
• Executes story refinement, defines requirements, and estimates work.
• Performs spike/proof of concept to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
• Automates manual release activities.
• Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
• Designs, develops, and maintains ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
• Writes efficient and scalable Python code for data processing and automation.
• Performs complex SQL queries and optimizes database interactions.
• Implements rigorous data validation and quality checks.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/GenAI solutions.
• Keeps up to date with new technologies and applies innovative solutions.
