Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack is responsible for leading development of our products in a fast, accessible, and thoughtful way. You will closely partner with our Product and Design teams on application design, user experience, developer workflows, deployment strategies, and testing of the applications.
Responsibilities
- Work with product, design, and clinical staff to understand stakeholder needs and build services and features to help deliver care.
- Own your work from inception of ideas to use in production.
- Write and maintain well‑tested code across multiple services.
- Help build and maintain metrics, monitoring, performance, and security of the systems we own.
- Build foundational data models that afford flexibility and operational visibility.
Qualifications
- Significant professional experience in building and maintaining consumer‑grade web applications with 6+ years of experience.
- Experience with full‑stack web development, including modern frontend frameworks. React is a must.
- Strong programming skills, CS fundamentals, and experience implementing highly reliable software. A formal CS degree is not required.
- Experience building complex, scalable and reliable services and leadership experience.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands‑on experience with backend development.
- Experience in our current technologies is a bonus: React, Go, Javascript, Rails, GraphQL, Docker, AWS.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Eye‑hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office‑related equipment.
Compensation Range
Zone A: $138,380 - $195,470 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $159,137 - $224,791 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $172,975 - $244,338 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $179,894 - $254,111 + equity + benefits
