Glimpse, the leading AI platform for CPG brands, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to own end-to-end development and production-ready systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable architectures for both backend and frontend, push projects to production, participate in code reviews, and work from our New York office full-time to ship fast in a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex systems in production.
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures.
• Exceptional coding skills and ability to ship code quickly.
• Proficient in Python, Node.js, Next.js
• Experience building with LLMs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work from our NY office full-time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end front-end and back-end applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Push complete projects into production from start to finish.
• Lead architecture and design of scalable backend and frontend systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
