As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and deliver scalable full-stack solutions that solve complex business and data challenges, joining the Cash Management Technology team to expand integrations and modernize in-house apps. You will lead delivery across the full SDLC, mentor junior engineers, and partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design.
• Cloud-native architectures and containerized microservices, preferably AWS.
• CI/CD, automated testing, Linux, design patterns and agile practices.
• Willingness to use AI tools responsibly in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across all software development lifecycle phases from design to deployment.
• Build scalable software with modern engineering practices and code reviews.
• Drive engineering best practices, manage technical debt and mentor engineers.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team to deliver real-time data and cloud-native applications.

Education
