Job summary

Google TV Server team seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack, Android, Google TV. As a senior engineer on the Google TV Server team, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and building the world's most intelligent and reliable TV server platform. You will lead the end-to-end development of full-stack features, integrating scalable backend services, Generative AI capabilities, and Android client components. • Design and implement features end-to-end, leveraging expertise across the stack including Android client and server components. Drive both rapid iteration/prototyping and the development of scalable production solutions.
• Design, build, and scale high-impact server components for Google TV, optimizing for performance and long-term system health.
• Drive the technical execution of the AI Experience platform, focusing on Gemini feature integration, TPU resource optimization and robust evaluation frameworks.
• Uphold architectural standards and engineering best practices through design and code reviews, maintaining high code quality and system health.
• Operate as a technical lead, guiding and mentoring other engineers. Make high-acumen technical decisions that balance execution velocity with product quality and maintainability.
