Job summary

Google TV Server team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will architect and build end-to-end full-stack features for the Google TV platform, including Android client components and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features end-to-end, leveraging expertise across the stack including Android client and server components. Drive both rapid iteration/prototyping and the development of scalable production solutions.
• Design, build, and scale high-impact server components for Google TV, optimizing for performance and long‑term system health.
• Drive the technical execution of the AI Experience platform, focusing on Gemini feature integration, TPU resource optimization, and robust evaluation frameworks.
• Uphold architectural standards and engineering best practices through design and code reviews, maintaining high code quality and system health.
• Operate as a technical lead, guiding and mentoring other engineers. Make high‑acumen technical decisions that balance execution velocity with product quality and maintainability.
