Veeva Systems is seeking a senior software engineer to help accelerate cloud product delivery for life sciences. You will build scalable backend in Java, develop modern frontend in React, and collaborate across product, QA, and operations to ship features that power customers worldwide.

You will own parts of the SDLC, contribute to API integration, data modeling with relational databases, and mentor junior engineers in a fast, growth-oriented environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on software product development experience.
• 5+ years of backend engineering in Java or similar OOP languages.
• Modern frontend development experience (React preferred).
• Practical expertise with REST and SOAP API integration.
• Strong relational database skills (MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Compensation

• Base pay: $110,000 - $270,000

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
