Jobgether is a remote-first company rebuilding real-time fulfillment infrastructure. We seek a backend engineer to design and scale services for order routing, task allocation, and shopper compensation.

You will drive technical design across marketplaces and ensure critical Tier-0 systems stay reliable and observable. Applicants should have 5+ years of backend experience and be comfortable in a collaborative, AI-assisted engineering culture.

• Annual base salary from CAD 168,000 to CAD 177,500 plus equity.
