Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend to join our team in building modern frontend experiences that power a complex digital product ecosystem. You will partner with Product, Design and internal teams to craft intuitive interfaces that improve usability, accelerate integration, and boost operational efficiency.

Emphasis on strong engineering practices including testing and continuous delivery. Location: Remote - US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with complex web applications.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive, component-based apps in React.
• Ability to write well-tested and maintainable code.
• Strong product judgment for improving usability and quality.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will focus on building modern frontend experiences that support a complex digital product ecosystem. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and internal teams to create intuitive, accessible interfaces that improve usability, streamline integration, and enhance operational efficiency. The position also emphasizes strong engineering practices, including testing, code quality, and continuous delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,500 – $205,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web applications using modern frontend technologies
• Develop web SDKs to simplify integration with the company's services
• Design reusable, accessible frontend components for shared use
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver intuitive features
• Create internal tools for Customer Success teams to improve efficiency
