Job Overview

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will work across the entire company stack, creating and maintaining new products, features, and tools to help scale the company. You will have the opportunity to learn and push the frontier of providing the best financial software experience to help companies grow. You’ll be encouraged to be metric and data-driven, think creatively, and help the company scale and prepare for new markets you are about to enter. We’re looking for folks with an interest in building products and tools and leading multi‑functional projects with many moving pieces. In this role, you’ll drive direct business impact and shape our long‑term technical vision with a high‑quality bar.

Location

This role will be based in our New York office. It is a hybrid environment requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) and offers up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers across the company to build new features and products.
• Collaborate side‑by‑side with user‑facing teams (Sales, Support) to understand customer needs.
• Design and implement experiments to improve customer experiences.
• Own problems end‑to‑end, addressing user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
• Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies and tools such as ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
• Experience architecting, developing, and testing client‑side code end‑to‑end.
• Experience developing client‑facing software products.
• Uphold high engineering standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
