A leading workflow automation company in the United States is seeking a Front-End Engineer to join their supportive engineering team. In this role, you will enhance the overall front-end experience and have an influential voice in shaping the company's product and culture. The position offers the flexibility of fully remote work, and the target annual compensation ranges from $200,000 to $225,000. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in programming languages and a desire to work across various technical areas.

You’ll join the team primarily responsible for our overall front-end experience, where you’ll build complete product features as well as tooling and libraries to enable other engineers to ship faster, higher quality software. However, we’re still a small but growing software engineering organization, so this role is not strictly limited to any single part of our product or stack.
This role is about more than writing code: you'll have an influential voice in shaping our technical direction, our product, and our culture. You can work fully remotely from anywhere in EST (those based in the Greater Boston area can make use of our Tines office space in downtown Boston to meet up with other locally-based members of our engineering team when you wish).
