Motion Recruitment is helping a fintech client hire a Senior Software Engineer in a hybrid role in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will work on cloud-native risk and collections software using C#, .NET Core, React, SQL Server, and Azure, shaping how financial institutions modernize their platforms.

You’ll contribute across front-end and back-end layers, applying modern development practices, and leveraging AI-powered tooling to boost productivity.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Experience with SQL Server, writing queries, and DB troubleshooting.
• Hands-on React and modern JavaScript development.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional software development experience building and supporting enterprise applications
• Strong background with C#, .NET, and .NET Core development
• Experience working with SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience developing applications with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with source control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative engineering team

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development
• Experience implementing caching solutions such as Redis
• Strong UI/UX development experience using modern front-end technologies
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
