Qualifications
- TS/SCI with agency-appropriate poly required.
- 14 years’ SWE experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; 4 years of additional SWE experience may substitute for a degree.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
- Design, code, test, and modify software to meet requirements and system standards.
- Debug existing software, fix defects, and optimize performance.
- Coordinate software installation and monitor operation in new environments; ensure interfaces meet specs.
- Lead software development efforts as appropriate to the project process.
