Job summary

Graham Technologies seeks a Senior Software Engineer - Electronic Warfare Mission Data & Autotest to develop and sustain automated testing capabilities for a U.S. Air Force EW program. You will design interfaces, process real‑time data, and build production-grade software for mission data verification.

The role requires DoD-level security and hands-on software integration, testing, and documentation experience across Windows, real-time, and data-intensive environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years' software engineering experience.
• Experience with Windows, distributed, real-time or data-intensive apps.
• Experience with external systems, lab equipment, or hardware interfaces.
• Experience producing software documentation and using SCM/defect-tracking.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mission workflows to identify software and performance requirements.
• Design, develop, document, and maintain production-quality software.
• Develop interfaces with simulators and external hardware.
• Process structured and real-time system messages.
• Create GUIs for configuring and monitoring automated tests.
• Develop logging, reporting, and data-analysis capabilities.
• Integrate software with Government and third-party components.
• Execute unit, integration, regression, performance, and acceptance testing.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and support lifecycle maintenance.
