Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices at scale.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solution for complex EDE and ACRE capabilities from requirements through production delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform capabilities and engineer-ready specs.
• Design, develop, and enhance platform services using Java, Spring, SpEL, Next.js, and related tech.
• Drive architectural evolution and guide implementation across services.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance through observability and automation.
