Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with high-frequency trading systems or financial applications is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality backend services and APIs for energy trading applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using Java, C++, and Python.
• Collaborate with product managers, traders, and engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
• Optimize application performance for low latency and high throughput.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.
• Contribute to best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
