Successful candidates will have 5+ years of experience, demonstrated leadership in ambiguity, and proficiency in AI-assisted development tools. Compensation ranges from $120,000.00 to $180,000.00, based on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to lead in ambiguity and turn vague problems into actionable solutions.
• Fluent with AI-assisted development tools like Codex or Claude Code.
• Strong fundamentals in stack technologies including C#/.NET, TypeScript, React, SQL.
• Able to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own high-stakes work as the DRI, managing projects end-to-end.
• Design for flexibility to meet customer and market needs.
• Make speed-vs-durability tradeoffs for project decisions.
• Operate what you build, ensuring reliability and observability.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers to raise team standards.
• Drive measurable outcomes connecting initiatives to member metrics.
