Column is a bank and software company based in San Francisco, building modern fintech infrastructure. We are a lean team with 11 engineers and potential to add 1–2 more this year.

You will work across the stack, partner with customers, and shape product decisions while delivering polished software that scales billions in daily processing. This role is SF-based with regular travel, often embedded on-site for extended periods.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of problems, from conversation with customers to final software delivery.
• Ability to shape product decisions and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Experience delivering polished, reliable software that scales.
• Familiarity with APIs and systems powering fintech platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own problems end to end, from idea to implementation.
• Influence what we build and how customers interact with Column.
• Build reliable software that solves real-world fintech challenges.
