Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. in Edison, New Jersey, seeks a Software Engineer II to design, develop, test, and maintain software for battery power control and communication systems across RTOS, Linux, and Windows.

You will collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and systems engineers in a cross-functional team, contribute to testing automation, and support certification and documentation efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or allied field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• Experience deploying in Linux and Windows environments.
• Proficient in Python and C++, with knowledge of Docker and DevOps practices.
• Experience with testing and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Implement software algorithms within a cross-functional team of scientists and engineers.
• Participate in requirement understanding, definition, and negotiation with internal stakeholders.
• Attain a thorough understanding of existing projects and contribute to troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Develop software, ensuring efficient logic and data manipulation.
• Test and debug software, and contribute to automated testing.
