Job summary
Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to independently design and engineer new software products or major enhancements for the US Army Command and Control Support Agency (CCSA) Technical Services Division. The role requires expertise in Azure DevOps, Visual Studio 2019+, C#, .NET, SQL, and JavaScript, with strong emphasis on secure software development and RMF/NIST guidance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related
- Eight years of software design, engineering, installation, integration, evaluation, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis
- Expert in Azure DevOps, Visual Studio 2019+, C#, .Net, SQL, and JavaScript
- IAM Level II certification or equivalent (Security X/CASP, CISSP, or CISM) within 90 days
- DevSecOps practices: Agile, Scrum, MSFT Power Platform, etc.
- Must be able to work independently on complex software products
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer software products or major enhancements
- May lead a team for complex software systems
- Address system integrations, compatibility, and multi-platform concerns
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems
- Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs
- Conduct code reviews of subordinate developers and peers
- Coordinate with Cybersecurity to implement RMF and SDLC processes
