Job summary

Leo Cancer Care is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Interoperability to advance radiotherapy software that connects the treatment delivery system with clinical workflows. You will design, implement, and validate DICOM-RT interfaces, ensure regulatory alignment, and mentor engineers across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical device software following IEC 62304 guidance.
• Strong knowledge of DICOM-RT standards and networking protocols.
• Experience integrating radiotherapy systems with clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of DICOM-RT interoperability features.
• Architect network interfaces between treatment system, OIS, and PACS.
• Define DICOM Conformance Statement and integration docs.
• Drive end-to-end integration testing with clinical systems.
• Provide technical leadership across interoperability projects.
• Develop software meeting IEC 62304 and design control processes.
