Job summary

Leo Cancer Care is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – Interoperability to architect and drive integration across imaging systems. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver interoperable solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, validating interoperability, and guiding DICOM/IHE compliant implementations while mentoring engineers and contributing to product governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a science-related field required.
• At least 12 years of engineering experience with interoperability of medical/imaging systems.
• Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Customer-facing experience collecting tailored needs.
• Extensive hands-on experience with DICOM standards and IHE profiles.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, verify and validate system interoperability.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver interoperability solutions.
• Develop and maintain the DICOM Conformance Statement.
• Drive interoperability testing, troubleshooting, and certification including IHE Connectathons.
