Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 5+ years designing and developing software using Python, C/C++, C#, or Java.
• Experience with software development on Windows or Linux.
• Experience in Missile Defense Programs.
• Experience programming in LabVIEW.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and define requirements, designs and develops test equipment software and simulations.
• Mentor and train team members, improve processes for factory automation.
• Plan and implement DevSecOps improvements for test equipment software.
• Architect solutions across current and future test equipment platforms.
• Support R&D planning and execution for future factory efforts.
