Job summary

Flex is seeking a Software Development Engineer III (SDE III) who also functions as a Data Scientist, blending software engineering with advanced analytics. Based onsite in Austin, TX, this hybrid role designs intelligent web apps, builds ML models, and supports production systems across the full data-to-deployment lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have strong C# and SQL skills, experience with frontend/backend APIs, and familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and OpenAI APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in C# and SQL with experience developing frontend and backend applications, APIs, and automation solutions using .NET technologies
