Qualifications

• Enthusiastic generalist who thrives with ambiguous requirements.
• Proficiency in either Go or TypeScript and in either Python or R.
• Experience with backend systems, data tooling, and data science frameworks.
• Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ship code changes within one week that meaningfully improves customer experience.
• Within one month, see changes reflected in public releases and participate in feature planning.
• Within three months, plan features, drive development, and mentor teammates.
• Within six months, own new features you built and demonstrate impact.
