Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements.
• Perform technical analysis of new and existing systems.
• Support data migration activities from legacy systems.
• Develop data mapping and SQL solutions.
• Triage and analyze technical issues and tickets.
• Develop technical design documentation.
• Perform coding, configuration, code reviews, and peer consultations.
• Develop and execute unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support defect management and resolution.
• Support technical design and implementation activities.
• Work with cross-functional IT and Business teams.
• Support Agile delivery processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business teams to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain user stories and prioritized backlogs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and daily scrums.
• Resolve or escalate technical risks and issues.
• Support release planning and ongoing production operations.
• Provide guidance and technical support to other team members.
• Support DevOps, ITSM, and ITIL processes.
