Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a software professional to design and implement code for gaming software solutions. You will resolve technical issues, test and integrate applications, and work on data warehousing, ETL, and BI dashboards.

The role requires strong SQL, MSBI expertise, and experience with Tableau dashboards within the casino gaming domain. Collaboration with engineers to ensure robust software and scalable data systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• MSBI Stack including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SharePoint.
• Advanced scripting for T-SQL stored procedures, performance tuning of complex, high-volume queries and Administrative experience in SQL Server.
• Tableau Server Administration and Tableau Dashboards design.
• Developing ETL, Data Marts, Datawarehouse, reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• .NET, C#, JSON, RabbitMQ, NGNX.
• Casino Gaming domain.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical system resolutions to customer issues.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer and employee technical problems to determine if the problem is hardware, software, or procedural.
• Maintain and update knowledge base on a regular basis to keep up with technology innovations.
• Continually build on knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services.
• Test, integrate, write, troubleshoot, and debug software applications on client sites.
• Responsible for the architecture and implementation of critical software components and games.
