Aledade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I to join the Patient Domain Team. You will help maintain and expand our data models and Databricks pipelines, building secure, scalable solutions for healthcare data challenges in our partner practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering managers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver technical roadmaps using Agile processes, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL on large multi-table data sets.
• 4+ years building backend applications in a cross-functional team.
• 2+ years as a trusted technical decision-maker.
• 2+ years coaching other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and performant solutions.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to develop and execute roadmaps using Agile methods.
• Mentor and review pull requests, welcome feedback on your own work.
