Cisco Systems, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a senior software engineer to build and enhance scalable full-stack software for the CX Platform.

You will own features end to end, from design to delivery, and integrate AI/ML capabilities to improve the product experience. You will work with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an agile environment, contributing to architecture decisions, testing strategy, and CI/CD practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
• 7 years of related professional engineering experience (with a Bachelor's); 4 years (with a Master's); 1 year (with a PhD).
• Experience programming with Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Experience building end-to-end full stack software in a production environment.
• Experience integrating AI/ML-driven capabilities into product features.
• Experience owning features or components end-to-end (design, implementation, testing, delivery).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development.
• Experience collaborating directly with product managers and designers.
